GuildExam Music syllabus is unique by itself, as it gives the flexibility to choose between ​​​​classical and contemporary music.
 
Wide repertoires of works are selected to give students a sound foundation of musicianship.
 
It is purposely designed to meet the needs of Teachers, Professional Musicians and Educational Institution. There are 2 options available:
 
1) Grade Music Examinations. This is specially designed with well balance attributes.  It covers all aspects in the enhancement of the musical skills of students whose aim is to be music educators/teachers. It required candidates to prepare Technical Studies such as scales, ear test, sight reading, etc… and the pieces.
 
2) Performance Level Examinations. This is designed for musicians who desire is to perform. No technical works or theory studies are required.  It required candidates to perform contrasting pieces and information segment in a folio on the pieces played.
Ensemble Performance can be made of any form or setting. It is for all students to acquire a foundation in the performing arts. Working in the areas of genre, form, instrumentation, rhythm, expression, etc..students will become strong contributing members of their performance ensemble and gain lifelong skills.

GuildExam Ensemble Performance examination is placed upon team work between members towards achieving the same goal. The spirit of non-competitive is extremely beneficial.
 
An Ensemble Performance Examination can be made of any form – a piano duet, string chamber, percussion ensemble, choir, guitar / ukulele ensemble, pop / jazz band, brass band and many more.
